As I read Rebecca Hamilton's article, Group Raises Funds to Open Abortion in Oklahoma. A group of ladies called Trust Women have chosen Oklahoma to raise money and open an abortion clinic. Have nothing to back them up as being a legit group. These ladies have chosen Oklahoma out of all the states in United States to open a clinic but they are asking for help to be able to build it. Just to open an extra abortion clinic, while there are ones that are already there.

 

 For one, I agree with the author about this group. They are not looking to help the women of Oklahoma. Because there is much more that is needed rather than another abortion center. Where is the abuse center or care for single parents struggling? Instead they focus on a clinic that takes lives away rather than saves lives. These ladies should have some kind of big organization to back them up and help front money to start a clinic, but instead they are raising money. Are they truly legit, like the author asked? I would personally not trust someone who just pops up out of the blue and especially not one who takes lives. Like the author said, they may be legit and there is nothing wrong with them. But how can you tell.

 

My conclusion to this is that don’t waste your money on something that you don’t already have. It should go to something that is desperately needed and by known organizations rather than someone who just pops out of the blue. And not to forget that it is immorally wrong to take a life, why not save a life and put together an orphanage so that way you can say that you did something right and saved a life today.
